We are pleased to introduce you to Medical One Billing and Claims Service.  We are a state-of- the- art medical claim processing company and are ready and capable to take the confusion and delay out of the medical insurance claim billing.  We offer two methods in which to process your medical claims.  The first one, Online entry, is the fastest process and the second one, Comprehensive Practice Manager, is a much more involved application offered by Medical One.

 

Online Entry, Web-based applications  --

 

 We are pleased to offer you an “online, web-based” application that is a most effective and successful way in which to quickly process claims.  The process is rather simple; rather than sending insurance claims through the mail, we electronically transmit them to a clearinghouse.  The clearinghouse rechecks the data for errors; allows us to correct it, and then processes the claim. At that point, the appropriate insurance carrier processes the claim and mails the physician a reimbursement check within 7-14 days.  By using the electronic, web-based application, according to the American Medical Association, the rejection rate is reduced from 30% to less than 2%.

 

 This translates to faster turnaround for the physician's office.

Comprehensive Practice Manager – 

As a more detailed application, we offer a variety of specialized applications such as:  Appointment setting; Patient Visit control; Claims & Billing functions; Patient Accounting activities and total Office Management.  This comprehensive feature is accomplished by Medical One and is a new added feature of our services. 

This is a much more involved application for Medical One.

We have updated our website to include the new Patient Portal integration. This new option is visible to patients and physicians and allows both parties to communicate and correspond with each other.  Medical One acts as an interface which means we can set appoints, immediately input the claim into online website for faster processing and track the claim throughout the process.  We can also provide instant status reports for the medical provider.

Finally, our office accepts all types of credit and debit transactions as well as all ACH transactions.
